Blueberry Buttress 2020
After bailing on Blueberry Buttress two years ago due to a loose flake, we’ve been wanting to get back up there. We heard the loose flake tumbled, and decided to go for Blueberry with a group of FIVE! Alexis, Gary, Liv, Cole, and myself. The road was in normal condition (no fallen tree anymore). Definitely…

Itinerary
- 2:30 AM – Leave home, pick up Gary on the way
- 2:40 AM – Liv and Cole leave from Bellingham
- 3:05 AM – Pick up Gary
- 3:40 AM – Meet at Arlington, carpool
- 4:50 AM – At trailhead
- 5:00 AM – Hike up
- 7:00 AM – At base
- 7:30 AM – Climbing (9 pitches, 8 hours)
- 3:30 PM – At summit
- 4:00 PM – Rappelling (10 rappels, 3 hours)
- 7:00 PM – Back at base
- 7:15 PM – Hike back down
- 8:55 PM – Back at car
- 9:00 PM – Drive home
- 10:50 PM – Home
